How much does a B2B telemarketing agency cost: three billing models compared

One agency shows a daily rate, another a rate per meeting, a third a monthly fee: these prices do not measure the same thing. Here are the three billing models, with examples of rates published on agency websites and noted on 2 November 2026.

Model 1: daily billing

You pay for a caller's time. Mooniz publishes 350 € per day for a session of 120 calls, with tailored scripts and no commitment. Acceor publishes 350 € excl. VAT per day for a complete setup (dedicated business developer, data, management, reporting, telecom costs), with no commitment from 10 days per month. The outcome risk stays with you: the price does not depend on the number of meetings obtained.

Model 2: per-meeting billing

You pay for each qualified meeting. Lumo Data publishes a rate from 100 € excl. VAT per qualified meeting, decreasing with volume, with no subscription, and custom targeting from 300 € excl. VAT per meeting for a very specific target. The price per meeting varies with the definition of a qualified meeting and the difficulty of the target: ask what counts as a valid meeting.

Model 3: monthly retainer

You pay for a dedicated caller. Lumo Data publishes 1,800 € excl. VAT per month for a telemarketer assigned only to your company, with a firm 3-month commitment then 14 days' notice, and states that it is an obligation of means. With this model, look at the length of the commitment as much as the amount.

To put these rates against the cost of a hire, see the guide on outsourcing your prospecting, which compares an in-house SDR with an agency.

How to compare two quotes

Bring each offer back to the same unit: the cost of a meeting held with a relevant decision-maker. For a daily rate, divide the cost by the number of meetings actually obtained during a test. For a per-meeting rate, check the definition of the meeting and the replacement terms. For a retainer, check the length of the commitment. None of these rates guarantees a result. The amounts quoted are those published by each agency on the date noted and may change.

Which pricing model should you choose to test telemarketing?
A daily rate with no commitment lets you measure the result over a short period before committing for longer. A per-meeting rate limits the risk, but the definition of a qualified meeting must be clear.
Are prices excluding or including VAT?
It depends on the agency: several publish prices excluding VAT. Always check the mention on the quote before comparing.
